Dlaczego zwrot bez drukarki

The most common reason a return stalls for a week is mundane: the customer has no way to print a label. Drop-off with a code from a phone removes that obstacle — the parcel leaves the same day and you get sellable stock back sooner.

What you get

Everything you need to handle returns

From the customer's request to the refund and the report. No stitching several tools together.

A form under your brand

Your own address, your logo and colour. Customers never feel they left your shop.

Withdrawal button

Required by EU Directive 2023/2673. Paste one snippet and it is handled.

Drop-off without printing

InPost lockers, ORLEN Paczka and many DPD points accept a parcel with just a code from a phone.

Order lines fill themselves in

Give us the order number and we pull the products from your shop. The customer only ticks what is going back.

Return reasons that tell you something

Your own list of reasons and a report that shows when one product always comes back for the same reason.

Statuses and a timeline

From acceptance to refund. Customers see the same trail you do, so they stop asking by email.

How it works

Setup takes fifteen minutes. After that the process runs itself.

1

Set your return policy

How many days to return, who pays for shipping, which carriers you offer. All on one settings screen.

2

Paste the button on your site

One snippet in your post-purchase email and terms page. Customers land straight in a form in your own colours.

3

Run the return in the panel

See what is coming back and why. Delivery of the parcel automatically moves the case to inspection.

Pricing

You pay for returns, not for features

The plan limit is the number of requests per month. Shipping is billed separately, in bundles — the bigger the bundle, the lower the price per parcel.

Common questions
Does the customer have to print a label?+

With InPost lockers, ORLEN Paczka and the InPost courier — no. They get a drop-off code by email and give it at the point. GLS and Poczta Polska do require a label; we send it as a PDF.

Who pays for the return shipping?+

You decide: the customer at drop-off, the shop from a prepaid pool (free returns), or a mixed model — the customer pays and you refund the cost together with the price of the goods. For a complaint caused by the shop, the shop always pays.

What about the withdrawal button from EU Directive 2023/2673?+

You generate it under Widgets and paste it on your site. It leads to a form with the withdrawal statement pre-selected, and we record the date it was submitted — that is when your statutory refund deadline starts.

Do I have to integrate my shop?+

No. Without an integration the customer types the products in and the request is just as valid. An integration shortens the form, because order lines fill themselves in.

Does the customer need an account?+

No, and they should not. They get a link to their return by email — that is where they check the status, pick a carrier and collect the drop-off code.

What happens to the bank account number for the refund?+

It is stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and only your team sees it in the panel. It never leaves through the API or the CSV export.
